This is similar to the immensely popular Italian prune plum, but about twice the size. Large, purplish black fruit with juicy amber flesh. Excellent for fresh eating, canning, drying and cooking. Originated in Oregon. Sunset Zones 2-12, 14-18, 33-41 USDA zones 5-9. 800 chill hours.
